Work environment

Loyens & Loeff is consciously not part of a 'global firm' or one of the 'big four', and takes pride in its independence. Our firm has its own structure and culture, its own values and objectives and keeps an attentive eye on the creation of a relaxed and agreeable working environment. We organise social activities on a regular basis: outings, Loyens & Loeff Days when we all set off on a ramble, international Loyens & Loeff meetings, our annual winter excursion, and Thierry's Bar - our invariable Friday evening haunt. We firmly believe that contact between our employees outside the professional arena helps to create job satisfaction. We are also involved in sport. For example, our football team regularly plays against other Belgian law firms.
